When he realized he had a light course load in his final semester before graduation, C.J. Conrad didn’t start planning to expand his social life of play more video games. Instead, he thought about how he could use his free time and his platform to help others.

That’s why he started “Tuesdays with C.J.”

Each week, Conrad spent a couple hours visiting patients and families at the Kentucky Children’s Hospital. As a star tight end for the UK football team, he knew he could brighten the days of kids who were having a tough time. He also knew he would get as much out of it as the people he visited.
